I can interpret this two ways: one, having LiveJournal pick up your RSS feed and syndicate it there. My feed appears as http://syndicated.livejournal.com/bostondiaries and was set up by Spring, who was a paid member of LiveJournal at the time (and from what I understand, is the only way a syndicated feed can be created at LiveJournal).

Two: posts made here are pumped into your corsair2 LiveJournal account. A bit of searching lead to http://lj-xp.com/ which looks to be what you want, but I'm not sure if it'll work with your version of WordPress, but it couldn't hurt to try. No idea how good it is, as I don't use WordPress.
